The Greenlight Networks Project
Greenlight Networks is a swiftly growing fiber network internet provider based in Rochester, New York. In preparation for a move into a new much larger corporate office, they approached AV Science for help with AV solutions for their new location.
AV Science partnered with Greenlight Networks to provide A/V solutions for:
- Presentation
- Huddle spaces
- Training
- Digital signage
- Video conferencing
The following equipment was utilized in this large-scale commercial project:
- Fully-controlled modern conference meeting room with 5k lumen laser projector, multi screen image matrix switching, ceiling mounted speakers, dedicated room PC, local inputs for BYOD presentation in the table, high end video conferencing camera and ceiling mic installation
- Fully-controlled modern auxiliary training space with podium and interactive white board projector, as well as dual camera setup for both video conferencing as well as streaming training and presentations to remote offices
- Distributed 70v speaker system for background music, announcements and emergency notification wireless digital signage/screen sharing capabilities on displays throughout the location integrated room-scheduler display
- A number of smaller huddle spaces to support presentation, group work and video conferencing in smaller settings
AV Science made the process smooth for the client by:
- Coordinating with other tradespersons on the job site top coordinate equipment locations, power drops, and ensure proper pre-wiring was accomplished prior to move-in
- Proposing, furnishing, installing and integrating the right tech solutions for their unique needs
- Finding ways to incorporate existing, on-site equipment into the new systems
- Programmed and integrated all equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Working within their tight timeline to get them operational in their new space ASAP
- Staying available long after installation for support and to answer any questions

JVC continues to lead the home theater projector industry with innovation and unparalleled customer support. They recently released a firmware update that is available as a free download for the DLA-RS1000, DLA-RS2000 & DLA_RS3000.

- Note: Many picture settings are reset by this update, so it is important to make a written or photo record of these items before performing the update.
