Demo Loaner Program

Thank you for your interest in the AVS Demo Loaner Program. Our goal at AVS is to connect customers with the best solutions on the market, and we feel the best way to do that is by providing hands on experience with the gear.

A copy of the current Demo Loaner equipment list will be emailed to you by an AVS team member upon submission of this registration form.

Please note that immediate availability of demo loaner product is not guaranteed; should the item(s) of interest already be signed out, we will schedule your demo in the next available time slot.

AVS Demo Loaner Program Rules:

• I understand that I am borrowing the property of AV Science, Inc. (AVS) or AVS partners and will treat the equipment with respect and return it in the same condition in which it arrived.
• I understand that this equipment is being loaned to myself and/or organization for the sole purpose of a 30-day demonstration and not deployment into a professional setting. Demo equipment is to be returned promptly at the end of this term, AVS will provide a label or pick up service.
• I understand that AVS requires a credit card number for this demo program and may request authorization of up to the full value of the product to prove authenticity. AVS will NOT charge my card for this product; the only exception is noted below.
• I understand that if proof of shipment has not been provided within 5 days of the end of my demo, AVS has the right to, and will, charge the provided credit card for the market value of the loaned equipment. Once this equipment has been returned in its original condition, the charge will be refunded minus a 3% processing fee.
• I agree to provide AVS with my user experience and feedback about the demo.
• To complete this registration, an AVS team member will call you to securely capture your credit card information.
